Classes and Timetable

What can I expect in a class?

The classes are instructor led with detailed guidance, modifications and monitoring of technique given in every class. All classes are kept small and inclusive to allow for plenty of individual instructor attention to ensure you get the very best out of the workout.

Each class starts with a warm up moving onto working specific muscle groups so the whole body gets a workout, stretches are incorporated into the class and the class will finish with a cool down and further stretches.

Classes are always friendly and will be a mix of complete beginners and people who have been coming for a long time Most people wear leggings/jogging bottoms, t shirt and the class is done in socks or bare feet.

There are many variations and techniques so that the body never gets conditioned to a routine to keep the challenge of the workout and keep the results coming! Both techniques are suitable for any age and ability.

  • £10 per 1 hour session paying weekly

  • £75 for a block of 10 x 45 minute classes, valid for 13 weeks from date of purchase
  • One on One session - £15 for 30 minute or £30 for 1 hour

One on one sessions are available…

  • Private instruction can be a fantastic choice for many reasons.
  • You can try out techniques before coming along to a mainstream class.
  • You may have a particular area, injury or impairment you would like to focus on.
  • A one on one session will tailor exercises that will work and benefit you.
  • All our instructors are available to conduct 1:1.

What to bring?

Just yourself, a drink of water and lots of enthusiasm......mats are provided and the classes are done in bare feet or socks.

Cancellation Policy

If you have booked a class and for whatever reason you can no longer attend please cancel your booking with as much notice as possible, preferably no later than 5 hours prior to the start of the class. This allows for admin to be updated and, if it applies, the reservation list to be contacted.

We do understand that last minute circumstances crop up that will prevent you from coming along at the last minute. Our policy is that if you fail to notify your instructor and do not attend 3 times in a 10 week period then you will be charged for a class.
