Callanetics is a unique form of exercise that focuses on effective deep muscle toning that will see you drop a dress size in 10 classes! Barre Concept workouts are the latest fitness trend spreading the globe with a celebrity following! Barre is a mixture of Pilates, Yoga, Ballet and Sports conditioning. The addictive mix of strength, flexibility, control and stamina combines to redefine and sculpt the entire body giving a lean dancers body without being a dancer!

Classes and Timetable

What can I expect in a class?

The classes are instructor led with detailed guidance, modifications and monitoring of technique given in every class. All classes are kept small and inclusive to allow for plenty of individual instructor attention to ensure you get the very best out of the workout.

Each class starts with a warm up moving onto working specific muscle groups so the whole body gets a workout, stretches are incorporated into the class and the class will finish with a cool down and further stretches.

Classes are always friendly and will be a mix of complete beginners and people who have been coming for a long time. Most people wear a t-shirt and leggings or jogging bottoms, and the class is done in socks or bare feet.

There are many variations and techniques so that the body never gets conditioned to a routine to keep the challenge of the workout and keep the results coming! Both techniques are suitable for any age and ability.

We are now hosting Online Live Classes! They will be hosted through an app called 'Zoom', which can be downloaded on the app store on most devices. If you need help with this, please contact us.

How to Book Online Classes

  • Booking must be done by private message via the CoreSculptUK Facebook page or by text to 07736 769 697.
  • Information required when booking:
  • - Name
  • - Desired class(es)
  • - Your preferred method to receive your class invite. By Text - please give mobile number. By Email - please give email address.
  • - Payment method. Bank transfer or PayPal.

Payment will be via PayPal or bank transfer. On booking please specify your preferred method to pay.

One on One Sessions

  • Private instruction can be a fantastic choice for many reasons.
  • You can try out techniques before coming along to a mainstream class.
  • You may have a particular area, injury or impairment you would like to focus on.
  • A one on one session will tailor exercises that will work and benefit you.
  • All our instructors are available to conduct 1:1.

CoreSculptUK also run 30 minute Blitz classes. If you think that your place of work would like to host a lunchtime class, please contact us.

Prices

Studio / Connect - 1 hour class

  • £10 per class, paying weekly
  • £95 for a block of 10 x 1 hour classes, valid for 13 weeks from date of purchase

Studio / Connect - 45 min class

  • £8 per class, paying weekly
  • £75 for a block of 10 x 45 minute classes, valid for 13 weeks from date of purchase

Online - 45 min class

  • £7 per class
  • £12 for 2 classes booked to be for the same week

On on One

  • £15 for 30 minute or £30 for 1 hour

What to bring?

Just yourself, a drink of water and lots of enthusiasm! Mats are provided and the classes are done in bare feet or socks.

Cancellation Policy

Please give a minimum of 5 hours notice to cancel your class. This allows us to contact reserve lists to fill your space. Unfortunately, failure to do so or complete no shows will be charged the class fee.

We understand that last minute emergencies situations occur and will always be sympathetic.
