Classes & Timetable

What can I expect in a class?

The classes are instructor led with detailed guidance, modifications and monitoring of technique given in every class. All classes are kept small and inclusive to allow for plenty of individual instructor attention to ensure you get the very best out of the workout.

Each class starts with a warm up moving onto working specific muscle groups so the whole body gets a workout, stretches are incorporated into the class and the class will finish with a cool down and further stretches.

Classes are always friendly and will be a mix of complete beginners and people who have been coming for a long time. Most people wear a t-shirt and leggings or jogging bottoms, and the class is done in socks or bare feet.

There are many variations and techniques so that the body never gets conditioned to a routine to keep the challenge of the workout and keep the results coming! Both techniques are suitable for any age and ability.
