We are here to empower, revitalize, change and challenge your body with the best full body shaping techniques and nutrition expertise! Choose our classes or one of our nutrition packages, or both, to start your journey!

We offer Callanetics, Barre Concept and target area classes!

Our classes will help to lengthen, lift, tighten, shape and tone your entire body. Our non impact techniques don’t put any pressure on your joints or back making it suitable for all ages, abilities, injury recovery and fantastic support to improve running, cycling, horse riding etc.

We offer a varied weekly timetable with studio classes in Melrose and Kelso along with online classes via Zoom to allow you to join a class from wherever you are!

Barre Concept

Barre takes the best of sports conditioning, sculpting techniques and puts it to a ballet barre workout! Although non impact, this workout is performed to the beat of the music which brings in a cardio element and alot of fun! A firm favourite with celebrities like Margot Robbie, Barre is must try technique for tone & sculpt!

Callanetics

Callanetics is a very unique and special form of exercise. Devised by Callan Pinckney(initially to support back and spinal issues) this technique works into the deepest muscle tissue delivering quick full body shaping and toning results. Callanetics claim is to “Drop a Dress Size in 10 Classes”. It absolutely works!
